Carrot Cake Oatmeal

   In a small saucepan, combine carrots, waer, salt and cinnamon and bring to a boil.

   reduce heat, add raisins and simmer for about 3 minutes.

   Stir in the oats and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.

   Transfer to a bowl and add the brown sugar and nuts.
