Carrot Cake

   Combine carrots with oil, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and allspice; mix.

   Then add flour and salt slowly; mix thoroughly.

   Add baking soda and walnuts to mixture.

   Then put into a 13 x 9 or 8-inch spring-form pan.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour or until center is firm.
