Carrot And Chocolate Cake

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Grease a cake pan with margarine, and sprinkle with flour. Put aside.

   In a food processor, grind the carrots, in small pieces. Put aside.

   Place the eggs in a bowl with the sugar, and mix until whitish and fluffy.

   Add the carrots and oil, and stir again.

   Add the flour and baking powder, and mix without beating.

   When the dough is uniform, add the chocolate chips, and mix with a spoon.

   Place the dough in the cake pan, and bake for about 35 minutes.

   Check the cooking, remove from oven, and let cool.

    Sprinkle abundantly with powdered sugar (optional).
