Caramel Potatoes

   Heat the potatoes in the microwave (about 5.5 - 6 minutes at 600W).

   When cooled, peel and cut into 1-1.5 cm cubes.

   In a frying pan, heat butter, sugar, and a teaspoon of water (not listed) over medium heat.

   Let dissolve without stirring.

   When the edges start to brown, shake the pan until you get a uniform color.

   Add the potatoes.

   Shake the pan and quickly caramelize the potatoes.
