Caramel Pineapple Cake

   Put butter and brown sugar in an iron skillet.

   Let it simmer for a few minutes.

   Then add pineapple.

   Then make a batter of eggs, sugar, water, vanilla, salt, baking powder, and flour.

   Pour this over other mixture in skillet.

   Bake in iron skillet in a hot oven for 10 minutes at 375u00b0 then reduce to 350u00b0 for 50 minutes. When done turn out of pan onto a large plate.

   Serve with whipped cream.
