1 cup Butter, Melted
1-1/4 cup Brown Sugar, Packed

2 Tablespoons Milk
1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup White Chocolate Chips
1 cup Chopped Pecans
1 bag (14 Oz Bag) Caramels
