Chilled coffee or possibly lowfat milk; 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream; 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine melted; 1/2 c. Semi sweet chocolate chips

1 1/2 c. Flour
1 env Maxwell House Cappuccino any flavor
1/2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
2 x Large eggs slightly beaten
1/2 c. Chilled coffee or possibly lowfat milk
1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine melted
1/2 c. Semi sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix flour, cappuccino, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl; set aside.

Stir Large eggs, coffee, lowfat sour cream and melted butter in a small bowl till well blended.

Add in to flour mix; stir just till moistened.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Spoon batter into greased or possibly paper lined muffin pans, filling each c. 2/3 full.

Bake 30 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
