Calzone Pinwheels Recipe

   Prepare warm roll mix according to package directions.

   After the resting step, divide dough in half.

   Roll one half of dough on a lightly floured surface into a 16 x 10 inch rectangle.

   Spread with half of the pizza sauce.

   Combine cheese, pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms; sprinkle half of mix over pizza sauce.

   Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting from one of the long sides.

   Healthy pinch edges to seal.

   Cut roll into sixteen 1 inch slices.

   Place cut side down in a well greased 9 x 1 1/2 inch round baking pan.

    Repeat with remaining dough, pizza sauce, and cheese mix.

    Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese, if you like.

    Cover and let rise in a hot place about 1 hour or possibly until nearly double in size.

    Bake in a 375 degree F. oven about 20 min or possibly until golden.

    Cold slightly.

    Remove from pan.
