2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme

Heat up oil.

Fry onions, garlic & sausage. Cook til sausages are no longer pink. (about 5 minutes).

Add chicken broth & tomatoes. Bring to a boil.

Add chickpeas, kale, bay leaves & seasonings.
