Cake Mix Cookies

   Put cake mix in bowl.

   Use potato masher to get lumps out. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

   Mix well and add 2 cups or a little more of flour so it can be easily rolled and cut out for cookies.

   Bake in a 350 degree oven for 6 - 8 minutes.

   Any kind of cake mix can be used.

   Other ingredients can be added like peanut butter, coconut or chocolate chips.

   If you'd like to drop the cookies rather than roll them and use a cookie cutter, add a bit less flour.
