Blueberry Drop Cookies Recipe

   Cream shortening and sugar.

   Add in egg and beat well.

   Mix lowfat milk and lemon extract.

   Then add in alternately with dry ingredients (previously stirred together).

   Then lastly gently add in berries.

   Drop by tsp.

   onto greased cookie sheets.

   Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 min.

   (Also can use almond flavoring instead of lemon extract and it's fabulous.)
