Cajun Seafood Pasta

   Boil the shrimp and crawfish, then pull meat from crawfish tails and peel, devein and cut the heads off the shrimp.

   Boil the pasta with the lemon juice until it's al dente and set aside.

   Chop onion, bell pepper and celery, and saute in 2 sticks of melted butter. Add white wine and let simmer briefly, then add cream and seasonings. (This is where you add the cheese, if you use it.) Mix in other ingredients and simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.
