Ingredients: 1 lb. hamburger; 1/3 c. uncooked rice; 2 Tbsp. shortening; 1 onion, sliced fine; 1 egg; 1 can tomato soup; 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1 tsp. sugar; 1 tsp. chopped parsley; 1/2 c. chopped celery

Season hamburger well with salt and pepper and add well beaten egg.

Melt shortening; add onion and cook several minutes.

Wash cabbage leaves and boil until tender.
