10 oz shredded cabbage
1/2 cup ricotta or paneer cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
15 oz can of chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 cup margarine, butter , or ghee
1/3 cup sweet geen peas
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sesame oil optional

In a wok or pan heat oil and ghee add cabbage add pepper salt and garlic

Cook 3 minutes till cabbage shrinks add chickpeas stir in well add paneer and sour cream

After you have incorporated all the ingredients remove from heat add sweet green peas add sesame oil

Stir in well let sit 2 minutes serve hope you enjoy
