Ingredients: 2 cup Shredded Cabbage; 1 cup Gram Flour; 1 cup Minced Chicken; 2 Onions; 10 Garlic pods; 1 tsp Ginger chopped; 1 tsp Coriander Powder; 1 tsp Red chilli powder; 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder; 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder

2 cup Shredded Cabbage
1 cup Gram Flour
1 cup Minced Chicken
2 Onions
10 Garlic pods
1 tsp Ginger chopped
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder

At first wash minced chicken..

Boil with salt n black pepper.

Strain n squeeze all chicken broth.

Keep in a big bowl.

Boil water in a pan.. Blanch the Cabbage for five-minute.

Squeeze well n add it to in Chicken.

Now add chopped onion, garlic and ginger.. Add all ingredients except oil..

Mix well.. Make small size balls..

If u feel it's need more gram flour for binding.. Add Two tbs more..

Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.. Fry all balls.. First keep flame low... Flip the side..

When both side get light brown colour then do flame medium n fry both sides till golden brown colour..

Take out n keep it tissue paper.. Then serve with tomato sauce.
