1 1/2 c. tomato juice
14 oz. hamburger
1 medium size onion
1/2 green pepper
sliced mushrooms
2 oz. cheese, shredded
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
pinch of garlic salt

Cut cabbage into desired size. Cook cabbage and carrots until tender.

Pour into a large baking dish or oven pan.

Brown hamburger, onion, green pepper and mushrooms; drain.

Pour tomato juice and hamburger over cabbage.
