2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. Confectioners' sugar
2 c. Unsalted butter
2 1/2 c. Sugar
6 x Large eggs
3 1/2 c. Flour
1 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
1 x Lemon, Zest of
1/3 c. Orange liqueur
2 pt Raspberries
2 pt Blackberries or possibly marionberries

For the creme fraihe, in a small bowl combine cream and lowfat sour cream; mix well.
