Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Arrange the tart shells on a baking sheet.

I do not like to use an insulated cookie sheet, I would rather use a thin baking sheet.

Place a few pecan halves or a tablespoon of raisins in each tart shell.

I never measure the total amount, but just place a little bit in each tart so they are not heaping full.

Beat together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

Pourthis mixture evenly over the pecans or raisins.

Do not overfill the tarts.

This usually makes 18 tarts for me, but it could make more or less depending on your style.

Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Note: If instead of 18 youd like to make 30 tarts, use these measurements: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, 1 tablespoon milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
