Butter tart squares (robin Hood)

   Preheat oven to 350

   Grease or line an 8x8 pan.

   Base: cream butter and sugar, then add flour until it forms a soft dough.

   Press into base of pan.

   Bake for 20 mins.

   Filling: cream butter and sugar, then mix remaining ingredients (except raisin s) until smooth.

   Poor over base, bake for 25 mins.

   Let cool, cut into squares.
