Butter Cupcakes With Jam Filling

   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Prepare cupcake pans with paper liners.

   Begin by energetically churning the butter with the sugar. Then, add the eggs, and whisk again until the mixture is fluffy and whitish.

   Add flour and baking powder, and mix without whisking. Place the dough in the molds, filling 2/3 full. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

   Remove from the oven, and let cool slightly. With a sharp knife cut the top off the cupcakes, and spread 1 teaspoon of jam in each one. Replace the top, and serve.
