   Set oven at 350 F. Oil 2 baking dishes with sides.

   Heat the tortillas in oil as per instructions on package

   Mix adobo sauce with shredded chicken. Should not be runny. Heat mixture to reduce liquids if too runny.

   Assemble:

   Spoon Refried Beans on heated tortilla.

   Add chicken and adobo sauce mixture. (Can also add chopped red peppers or parsley or cilantro for colour.)

   Put in a piece of cheese (not shredded -- it will cook too fast).

   Roll up and place seam side down in the oiled baking dishes.

   Cover with foil and bake 350 about 1 hour.

    Serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream.
