Burger & Fries Quesadilla

   Heat gas grill on medium-high or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

   Prepare fries according to package directions.

   Cook ground beef in 10-inch skillet until browned and cooked through; drain, if necessary.

   Stir in ketchup until well mixed.

   Place 3 half slices cheese onto half of each quesadilla.

   Top each evenly with beef mixture, fries and 3 half slices cheese.

   Fold tortilla over filling.

   Transfer quesadillas to grill.

   Grill, turning once, 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and quesadilla has grill marks.
