Buffalo Jack Chicken Wings

   Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, to make your life easier.

   In a large bowl mix 3/4 cup Franks hot sauce and the Jack Daniels.

   Toss wings into the bowl and coat well with sauce.

   Lay wings on the baking sheet and give them a spray with olive oil cooking spray.

   Bake for 40-50 minutes or until cooked through.

   Remove from oven and brush with remaining 1/4 cup Franks hot sauce.

   Enjoy served up with carrots, celery, ranch and blue cheese.
