Preheat the broiler and position the top rack 3-inches from the heat source.

In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese and salad dressing until smooth. Add the cheddar cheese, blue cheese, celery, 3 diced green onions, black pepper, hot sauce, and cooked chicken. Stir together. This can be made in advance, and bring to room temperature or reheat three minutes in the microwave.

Spread the chicken-cheese mixture on the baguette slices.

Broil about for 2 - 3 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining diced green onions for garnish and serve immediately.
