Bake the two packages of brownie mix by the instructions. While this is baking make your pudding according to the directions, which will take two cups milk. When the pudding has set up good, add 8 oz. of Cool Whip, and the almond extract and mix well. Set this in refrigerator. Take brownies and cut into small pieces. Place a layer of brownies in pan or bowl, next place Heath candy pieces and walnuts.

Pour pudding mixture over this. Then take the remaining Cool Whip and spread a layer over top and garnish with Heath candy pieces and walnuts. Instead of just having one layer, you could divide out and do another layer repeating the steps again.
