3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. lowfat milk
3 Tbsp. LAND O LAKES Butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. chocolate syrup

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking pwdr and salt in medium bowl.

Add in lowfat milk, butter and vanilla; mix well till smooth.

Stir in coconut.

Spread batter into greased 8-inch square baking dish.

Combine warm water, and chocolate syrup in 2-c. glass measure.

Pour proportionately over batter.

Bake for 32 to 38 min or possibly till center is set and edges pull away from sides of pan.
