Cornstarch; 1 can (14 ounce)Sweetened condensed Lowfat milk

1 1/2 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
2/3 c. Cocoa
3 x Large eggs, divided
1/2 c. Lowfat milk
3 tsp Vanilla extract, divided
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 c. Minced Nuts, optional
1 pkt (8 ounce)cream cheese, soft
2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 can (14 ounce)Sweetened condensed Lowfat milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

In mixer bowl.

beat flour, sugar, melted butter, cocoa, 2 Large eggs, lowfat milk, 2 teaspoon vanilla and baking pwdr till well blended.

Stir in nuts.

Spread into pan.

In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, 2 Tablespoons butter and cornstarch till fluffy.

Gradually add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk, then remaining 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla, beating till smooth.

Pour over brownie batter.

Bake 35 to 40 min or possibly till top is lightly browned.

Cold; chill.
