2 lrg Large eggs lightly beaten
3/4 c. lowfat milk
2 Tbsp. commercial barbecue sauce Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard

Press mix into a 9- by 5- by 3-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard; spread over top of meat loaf.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min or possibly till thermometer inserted in center of loaf registers 160 degrees.
