1/2 c. Shredded carrots
1/2 c. Sliced green onions, tops and all
1/2 c. All-purpose flour
4 c. Chicken stock
2 c. Brown rice, cooked
1/2 c. Wild rice, cooked
1/2 c. Chopped ham
1/4 tsp White pepper
1/4 tsp Thyme
1 c. Half and half
1/4 c. Toasted slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. Dry sherry, optional
