   ["1.4qt water", "2.Cut stems to base of Rabe", "3.Cut Rabe in 2"" pieces", "4.Boil Rabe for 4-5 minutes", "Drain well (if using later put in ice cold water and drain well.", "You can add some cooking water from rabe to fry pan to cook it for more tenderness.", "Cook Pasta (al dente & drain)", "add some olive oil to pasta to keep pasta loose.", "5.cut garlic in thin slivers", "6.Heat olive oil and cook pancetta(browned)", "Add garlic, cook until barely golden.", "Add salt & red pepper flakes to garlic.", "Remove from heat.", "7.Warm up Rabe in the boiling water.", "Put fry pan w/ Garlic & pancetta on Med-hi heat.", "Get temperature to med-hi.", "Add pasta to Garlic,Pancetta & toss.", "8.Add rabe, toss and plate", "9.Put Parmesan on top and serve HOT!!"]
