1 dash pepper
1 cup milk
3 ounces cream cheese, chopped
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup soft breadcrumbs

Cook broccoli and onions separately; drain.

Blend 2 tablespoons butter and flour in saucepan.
