Broccoli Cornbread

   Combine onion, broccoli, eggs, margarine, cottage cheese and salt in bowl; mix well.

   Stir in muffin mix just until moistened. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish, well-greased.

   Bake at 400u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown (check to make sure the bread is done).

   May take longer than 20 minutes.

   Cool; turn from pan and slice.
