Broccoli Corn Bake

   Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes.

   Drain well. Saute onion in margarine until tender, but not brown.

   Combine broccoli, onion, corn and egg in a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish.

   Combine crackers and margarine.

   Spoon over vegetables. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until brown and set in center.
