Broccoli Cheese Pie

   Thaw and drain broccoli.

   Slice onion.

   Shred cheese.

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well; set aside.

   Alternately layer onion, broccoli and cheese in pie shell.

   Pour egg mixture over layers.

   Place pie on cookie sheet and bake 50 to 60 minutes.

   Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
