Broccoli Cheese Casserole

   Cook and drain broccoli.

   While hot, add 1/2 of the stick of margarine and the cheese.

   Stir slightly and add salt, pepper and onion flakes.

   Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a frying pan.

   Crumble crackers and slightly brown them.

   Spread the crackers over the broccoli and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350u00b0.
