1 medium bell pepper
1 medium onion
1/2 c. celery
1 tsp. garlic powder or 3 cloves fresh garlic
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. cooked rice
1 can French fried onion rings
1 stick oleo
Velveeta cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
