8 ounce. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. cooked ham, diced
16 slices bread, crust removed
6 Large eggs
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 c. lowfat milk
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Butter a 9x13 pan, line with 8 slices of bread.

Sprinkle with cheese, ham, broccoli.

Put 8 slices of bread on top of which mix.

Beat Large eggs, mustard, salt and lowfat milk together.

Pour over bread and cover with foil.

Chill overnight.

Mix together corn flakes, butter.

Place on top of bread mix with 1/2 hour left of baking.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
