Broccoli Casserole

   Bring water, onions and butter to a boil. Add broccoli and simmer until thawed. Remove from head; add rice and let stand 5 minutes. Add cheese and soup; stir well. Put in a greased baking dish. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 325u00b0. Put onion rings on top the last 15 minutes.
