3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced

Saute onion and celery in butter.

Mix cooked rice, broccoli, soup, mushrooms, cheese, onion, celery and water chestnuts together.

Put mixture in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
