Broccoli Bites Recipe

   Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.

   In a medium bowl, combine cooked broccoli, stuffing mix, cheese, Large eggs, margarine, salt and pepper.

   Roll mix into small balls, about 1 inch.

   Freeze, well covered, for at least 3 hrs.

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Place frzn balls on lightly greased cookie sheet.

   Bake till brown, about 15 min.
