1 lg. grnd beef
1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms, liquid removed
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c. minced onion
2 c. packed biscuit mix
1/2 c. cool water
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
4 Large eggs
Dash of pepper

Cook and stir beef in skillet till brown; drain.

Mix baking mix, water and remaining cheese till soft dough forms.

Pat dough into a 13x9-inch pan with floured hands, pressing 1/2-inch up sides.
