Broccoli Baby Food Recipe

   Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil.

   Add broccoli and boil until it is bright green and just gives when pierced with a knife, about 3 minutes.

   Drain and place in a food processor fitted with a blade attachment.

   With the motor running, add the formula, water, or breast milk.

   Process until smooth, about 1 minute, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.

   Let cool slightly, then divide into 1/4-cup portions, place in airtight containers, and refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 6 weeks until ready to use.
