Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Press into bottom and slightly up the sides of the prepared pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Let crust cool on a wire rack.

Beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest together. Whisk in flour until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until filling is set.
