Broccoli and Garlic Stir Fry

   Add a pinch of salt to a pot of boiling water.

   Cut the broccoli into small florets and boil for 40 seconds to a minute!

   * Do not over boil and drain in a sieve.

   Finely chop the bacon and garlic.

   Pour a generous amount of oil into a pan and fry the bacon until it is brown and crispy.

   Add the garlic.

   When the garlic is fragrant, add the broccoli.

   Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

   Allow the flavours to blend and it's done!
