12 slices firm white bread
1/4 c. butter
3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked chopped broccoli
2 c. diced cooked chicken
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter.

Using doughnut cutter, cut bread slices into rings.

Set aside rings. Use scrap to line bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle 2 1/2 cups of cheese on top of bread.

Add broccoli, then chicken. Arrange rings, buttered side up, on top.

Combine next 5 ingredients in bowl.

Pour over top of chicken in baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, in 325u00b0 oven 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
