Broccoli And Cheese Casserole

   Cook onion in water in skillet until transparent, set aside. Microwave broccoli following package directions for 6 minutes; drain. Prepare rice following package directions omitting 2 teaspoons margarine. Melt margarine in a large saucepan; remove from heat. Add salt and flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk gradually, stirring until well blended. Return to heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
