Brenda's Bacon Jalapeno Cheese Cornbread

   Chop and fry bacon till crispy, set aside on paper towel to drain.

   Mix jiffy mix, eggs, milk, sugar with blender until smooth.

   Stir in jalapenos, cheese and bacon.

   Pour into 13 x 9 glass baking dish sprayed with butter flavored Pam.

   Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until done.

   You can add other ingredients to change up the flavor, but keep the cornbread part the same if you like a sweet cornbread.
