   Mix flour and butter together.

   Simmer lowfat milk.

   Mix butter mix with lowfat milk till thick and creamy.

   Set aside.

   Mix all ingredients, including sauce from above.

   Stuff each chicken breast with one quarter of mix.

   Fold breast into the shape of a softball.

   Bake breasts for 15 min till skin is brown at 375 degrees.

   Chill till cold.

    Use filo dough sheets one at a time.

    Spread with melted butter.

    Wrap chicken in filo dough with the seams on the bottom.

    Brush the filo with butter and place in a preheated oven (375 degrees) till golden.
