1/2 c. Onioin, Minced
3/4 c. Lowfat milk
6 x strip Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. Ham, cooked and cubed
1/2 c. Green pepper, diced if you like
3 c. Colby jack cheese, shredded

In large bowl, beat Large eggs and lowfat milk till frothy.
