Breaded Veal with Cheesy Baked Gnocchi

   Prepare Cheesy Baked Gnocchi as directed.

   Meanwhile, place flour in pie plate.

   Whisk egg whites in separate pie plate until blended.

   Combine next 4 ingredients in third pie plate.

   Heat half the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

   Dip 1 cutlet in flour, then egg whites, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of cutlet with each.

   Add to hot oil.

   Repeat with 3 of the remaining cutlets.

   Cook 2 to 3 min.

    on each side or until done.

    Remove from skillet; place on platter.

    Cover to keep warm.

    Repeat with remaining cutlets, heating remaining oil in skillet before adding the coated cutlets.
